Well the poor little girl, she suddenly realized that no one was holding her and she panicked!! She looks a little older to me in this picture, they change almost daily at this age, I guess. She still is soooo darling!!
She is SO cute Kaci!! Who woulda THUNK you two could make such a gorgeous little girl?? Well....I guess alot of us knew you could do it. ;) Miss ya! I hope you'll let me know when you're down this way. Our babies need to meet their future spouses *wink* *wink*.
Oh my gosh, Kaci!!! I have been in California for 10 days and YOU HAD YOUR BABY!! I think that she is beautiful and you look amazing. I saw Jenny on Sunday and she said (and I quote) "you should see Kaci, it's like she was never pregnant." So, can I see you? Let's go to lunch soon.
Kaci & Raleigh CONGRATULATIONS!! She is an adorable baby girl and you have had quite the adventure getting her here. I am so grateful that everything turned out okay. You are in way better shape than I am Kaci, and I had Alyssa one month before I turned 40, so you could have one more. Come on, join the club!! Alyssa had the cord wrapped around her stomache and legs 3-4 times, but luckily I didn't have to have an emergency C-section. I have some baby girl things I would like to mail you, so please e-mail me your address and phone number so that I can send them off. I am so happy for you both and wish you well in the future.
We are the Lunds. I used to be Kaci Little way back in the day. I recently (in 2008) married the Love of my Life. I waited a very long time for him to find me. And I thank my Heavenly Father a couple times a day that he did. I am walking and talking proof that "It is never too late to live happily ever after" (which is my favorite saying).
I had four children from a previous marriage (Brayden, Quincey, Morgan and Allison Koenig) and Raleigh didn't have any. But he was meant to be a dad, so even though I am older than the hills, we needed to have a baby. In August of 2009 our sweet Peyton was born and she has changed our lives forever for the better. Raleigh and I could not love each other more and she is the product as well as the reminder of that.
Raleigh (or "the saint") as my parents call him, took on ALL of my baggage and there was a lot of it. And has worked a mighty miracle among us giving us blessings, a good example and leadership we needed for years and will be forever grateful to him for.
We are just trying to figure things out (the seven of us) and are having a pretty great time doing it. Read along... I am pretty honest... I am not one of those bloggers that only blog in good times and I am not afraid to admit our shortcomings. It makes it real. So read at your own risk, because what you read is how it is and it sometimes isn't pretty. But most of the time it's PERFECT!!!
