A realization of the worst kind
Does everyone realize that in 7 months we will have a child in HIGH SCHOOL? The biggest high school in the state? My little tiny boy. We will have a child in high school and a child in junior high and then those two little girls. And then.... there is the new guy. When school begins for that one... We will have a returned missionary, a sophomore at BYU (wink wink), a senior in high school and and 9th grader.

Oh the joys of being a mother at the age of 38! :)
At least you will still look like you are in High school when you are dropping him off at his first day of school! That is the joy of being 38 and looking 17!
Love you...hope all is well with the tummy and the little one inside!
Oh gee, this was hard to read but exciting at the same time. I really love the teenage years and I love Brayden with all my heart. He is just the best kid EVER, he will be a wonderful example to all those high school kids. I know he is on a field trip to BYU today and I hope he will feel the Spirit there and "catch the vision", I realize he has another influence in his life now and I'm good with that, but BYU is a special place and I hope he will feel it. I love that all the kids are growing up, I've never been one who wanted them to stay little for very long but I'm also very excited about having a new little baby in our family...so thanks for that. Kami is right, it must be wonderful to be 37 (not 38 yet) and look 17!
Can you just imagine the horror of your 10 month pregnant mother dropping you off on your first day of high school? I will have the full on pregnant waddle going. I will be a big as the busses. My face will be all blotchy and wide. I will have 63 pounds of water weight gain so ankles will be the same size as my thighs. Oh my... I will be like "bye bye honey, have a nice day. I will be right here in my moo moo to pick you up at 3:15" HA HA HA
Hey I have an idea! I can come up and Brayden can have his sixty-something grandma, who is also a waddler, drop him off. Which do you think he would prefer???
It is all good! This day and age, people will probably just assume that Bray is the father and you are his older girlfriend. He will be so popular. Oh wait... that sounds aweful. But honestly you live in Utah- women here have kids the same time their children are having kids. You'll fit right in.
Kori- I swear... sometimes you just bang it out into left field. That was so not a comment I'd expect from you. I laughed out loud and no one else is here, so I feel really silly.
I just barely read your blog update, after my first message. Sorry, I guess you were wondering why I didn't comment on your blog, since my name was on the list.
You are PREGNANT!! CONGRATULATIONS!! That is wonderful! I bet Raleigh is excited for his first child, not that your other children aren't his too. What is your due date? When can you find out if it is a girl or boy? My baby girl is 10 weeks old already. Time flies!! I am sure jealous that you never puked during pregnancy though, because I do a lot of it when I am pregnant. Luckily, not nearly as much with my girl as with my boys. I guess H.F. thought I needed a break since I was having a baby at this ripe age...thank you!! She was definately my easiest delivery too, only weighing 5 lbs. 14 oz. instead of the 8 lbs. all her brothers were. I sure hope to hear from you soon.
