We actually had two Christmas celebrations this year. The girls went to their dad's for Christmas, so we let them open their gifts before they left. Morgan got a karaoke machine, which we have all enjoyed and Allie got a Leapster which we have also enjoyed because it has kept her so busy.
Raleigh, Brayden and I had the most relaxing and quiet Christmas Day and then Raleigh's family has the COOLEST tradition. His mom makes a HUGE prime rib dinner that evening and invites the entire family. I think that it is the greatest tradition because it gives you something to do that night and makes the day so much more enjoyable. We loved being able to see everyone and get all caught up. This year the dinner was at the Gathering Place at Gardner Village. And in true Shauna Fashion the food was to die for and the decorations were breathtaking.

Sounds like you had a wonderful Christmas. We missed you, I can't remember a Christmas when you weren't with us and I cried a little, not because I was sad just that change is difficult sometimes. I'm so happy about your new life, I wouldn't have it any other way but we wish you had been here. Maybe next year, or the next.
