We had a great day from beginning to end. The kids and I woke up at 6:30 am and put on our festive colors. (Raleigh had to work). We drove up to Murray and met Russ, Shauna, Lindsay and Madi at the "Murray City Parade" on State Street. This is a Lund tradition and we were so happy to join in. The parade was very impressive and seemed to last forever. Then we ate breakfast at IHOP. Then the girls and Brayden hopped over to Riverton Park for Carnival rides. Trying not to overstay our welcome, I grabbed the kids and we went back to Orem for a while to rest and hang out with Kori and Gracie. (It was sooooooo fun to see you, even though you were stressed.) As soon as Raleigh was off, we drove back to Murray for a fun filled night of entertainment, fireworks and festivities. Morgan and Madi were cute little buddies all day and Allie made friends with a very nice group of grown women (hee hee). There's a joke there, but I will leave it at that.
We loved our holiday adventures and love traditions. This is a very good one. Thanks for a great day.
